1. Who we are
Fair Deal (“the game”) is made by Press Get Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17111297), with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@fairdeal.win. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to these terms.
2. Using the game
Fair Deal is free to download and play. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment. Please don’t copy, modify, resell or redistribute the game, try to extract its source code, or use it in any way that breaks the law or interferes with how it works.
3. Our content
The game, including its artwork, characters, words, levels, sounds and code, belongs to Press Get Ltd or our licensors. Some sounds and fonts are used under the licences credited in the game’s Settings. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of any of it.
4. Your progress
Your progress is stored only on your device. If you delete the app or lose or change your device, your progress may be lost, and we can’t restore it.
5. Changes to the game
We may update the game from time to time, for example to add levels, fix problems or change how it works. We may also stop offering the game, though we hope never to.
6. Our responsibility to you
We make the game with care, but it is provided “as is”, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can’t be limited or excluded by law, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer. Subject to that, because the game is free, our total liability to you in connection with it is limited to £50, and we aren’t liable for any business losses.
7. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what data the game uses and why.
8. App stores
If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and Press Get Ltd, not Apple, and Press Get Ltd, not Apple, is responsible for the game and its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. If you downloaded the game from Google Play, Google Play’s terms of service also apply.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you can also bring a claim in your local courts and keep the protection of your local consumer law.
